If your DeckProtect arrives with damage from shipping, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know. Please describe the damage. We do not ask you to take photos to prove the damage; we take your word for it. We will send you a replacement and arrange for return shipping of the damaged item. We will ship the replacement as soon as we can and not wait for the damaged item to be returned. Please be sure to keep the original shipping carton for returning the item. We will cover the cost of returning the damaged item.
