Privacy Policy: We are a small company in the business of manufacturing and selling DeckProtect. We are not in the business of selling customer information or sharing it with “affiliates.” Therefore your name and email address will be used only by us and only pertaining to your purchase. Before you enter any credit card information, you will be directed to a secure PayPal website, and we never see that information. Some customers place orders by calling us, in which case we may take credit card information over the phone.

Guarantee of Satisfaction: Allendale Fibertech is confident that you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your DeckProtect or PyroProtecto, you can return it to Allendale Fibertech within 10 days in its original shipping carton for a full refund of the purchase price including shipping. Damaged Product: If your product arrives with damage from shipping, please contact us at deckprotect@allendalefibertech.com to let us know. Please describe the damage. We do not ask you to take photos to prove the damage; we take your word for it. We will send you a replacement and arrange for return shipping of the damaged item. We will ship the replacement as soon as we can and not wait for the damaged item to be returned. Please be sure to keep the original shipping carton for returning the item. We will cover the cost of returning the damaged item. If you have an event for which you will need the DeckProtect and you feel that the damaged item will still work, go ahead and use it until the replacement arrives.
