Placing a stove, smoker, or fire pit on the PyroProtecto grill mat
We do not recommend this. While the PyroProtecto material itself is rated to withstand heat up to 500 F, it is much too thin to be effective as insulation or a heat barrier. Heat can transfer through the material to the surface below.
Cleaning the Grill Mat
Use soap or detergent and a soft cloth or sponge. Basically nothing will stick to the PyroProtecto surface, so an abrasive sponge or scrubber is not necessary, and may actually scratch the coating.
Privacy Policy: We are a small company in the business of manufacturing and selling DeckProtect. We are not in the business of selling customer information or sharing it with “affiliates.” Therefore your name and email address will be used only by us and only pertaining to your purchase of DeckProtect. Before you enter any credit card information, you will be directed to a secure PayPal website, and we never see that information. Some customers place orders by calling us, in which case we may take credit card information over the phone.
Guarantee of Satisfaction: Allendale Fibertech Corporation is confident that you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your PyroProtecto product, you can return it to Allendale Fibertech within 10 days in its original shipping carton for a full refund of the purchase price including shipping. Pay only return shipping. To receive a refund, please contact us by email for a Return Authorization so that we know you are returning the product. Email: sales@deckprotect.net.
Damaged Product: If your PyroProtecto arrives with damage from shipping, please contact us at deckprotect@allendalefibetech.com to let us know. Please describe the damage. We do not ask you to take photos to prove the damage; we take your word for it. We will send you a replacement and arrange for return shipping of the damaged item. We will ship the replacement as soon as we can and not wait for the damaged item to be returned. Please be sure to keep the original shipping carton for returning the item. We will cover the cost of returning the damaged item. If you have an event for which you will need the DeckProtect and you feel that the damaged item will still work, go ahead and use it until the replacement arrives.
